Our route
Zina was born as a brand in 2020, with the launch of the first mini capsule collection fall / winter 2020/2021. Our style office and laboratory is located in the city of Verona, a central hub between the capital of fashion, Milan and the city of refinement and elegance, Venice. A young team of collaborators works to carry out this project, united by a passion for quality and Italian spirit. Our Corporate Culture is focused on the importance of "human resources" and made up of a radial and equal structure of self-organized and coordinated teams that work independently by promoting common goals. This system overcomes the limits of the hierarchy and pyramid structures, expanding the individual potential for the benefit of the entire team. We believe in a corporate culture focused on the psychophysical well-being of all employees, respect, open and proactive communication, self-responsibility in carrying out one's role, maximum collaboration and cooperation. We are in effect a team that shares a set of guiding principles and values that identify us.
Our philosophy
Italian style, craftsmanship, contemporaneity, sustainability and attention to detail are the values and essence of the concept that revolves around the Zina brand. Sustainability and circular economy are the cornerstones of our corporate culture and lifestyle. We believe in "quality" more than "quantity". We deliberately create mini capsule collections only, avoiding seasonal trends and presenting limited edition collections to a limited number of items per item. We intend to reduce waste to a minimum, using all excess fabric for the production of unique pieces and accessories, handcrafted by our seamstresses.
